Early-bird registration for THWKND ends September 30th, 20201at 11:59pm.

Regular registration deadline is Wednesday, December 22nd at 11:59pm

Registering after our early-bird registration will make it tougher for us to have an accurate number of students to expect. If you register after Wednesday, December 22nd, we may not be able to promise your student receives certain merch items due our deadlines to place our orders.

All students must be paid by upon drop off. If you are in need of a payment extension or payment plan; please make arrangements with our administrative assistant Rianna Gonzales; rgonzales@southwinds.org

Tell me about the WKND Store

Throughout the WKND we’ll be selling T-shirts, hats, pins, milkshakes, candy, snacks and more! We ask students to come with CASH ONLY. (Cash can be turned in at check-in and added to student(s) account.

***If the student decides to hold onto their own monies, we cannot be held responsible in case it’s lost and or misplaced throughout the WKND**

What is your REFUND policy?

If your student has registered for THE WKND and is no longer able to attend, please email Pastor Marko to discuss a refund. Refunds may be issued up until January 3rd, 2022. After January 3rd, refunds cannot be issued due to the ordering of materials.

What if my student has a game / practice / performance that weekend, can they still come?

YES! We have time away cards that you can fill out and return to the student ministry office. Students can simply leave with a approved guardian when they need to go (MUST CHECK OUT) and return when they’re done with the activity. We want every student to be at whatever part of the wknd they can attend!

What are the sleeping arrangements? Shower situation?

We are currently planning on making it a FULL weekend, jam packed with activities! The tentative sleeping arrangements will be guys will sleep in the Sprung and the ladies will sleep inside the Children’s building.

Adult leaders will be stayed for supervision throughout the weekend.

We’re currently working with local and state partner on renting portable showers for this WKND.

Meals?

We’ve enlisted some of the most talent culinary trained professionals to come help us feed your student(s). If your student has a dietary restriction, please make sure to communicate with Pastor Marko by January 1st, 2022.
